General Returns Policy





Most unopened and unused products sold and fulfilled by Gary Null & Associates, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping & handling charges will NOT be refunded. Also, return shipping charges will be born by the customer.

You can return items in one of two ways. By mail: Att: Customer Service, 2307 Broadway - 2nd Floor, New York, N.Y. 10024 , or by bringing returns in-person to the same address. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Any refunds for items delivered over 30 days ago must be approved by customer service, and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Once again, shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.

If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD or VHS tape. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it.

EXCHANGES

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you can do so.
