Living in the Moment Book
by Gary Null
Testimonials:
I was truly astonished as I began reading Living in the Moment, by Gary Null. Rather than being another self help book with good advice, this book took me on a journey, right into the center of my life. It spoke to me so vividly, I recognized so much of my own struggles in it, that I could not put it down. This unique piece of work, not only offers a profound and yet simple blueprint to reclaim our lives and ourselves from the people, beliefs and conditioned behavior we have been caught in, but it provides many wonderful tools to show us how. There are many specific questions, guidelines and exercises offered, which help us let go of that which is worn out, remove the veils from our eyes, become authentic and allow ourselves to know what our lives are truly about. I particularly enjoyed the section where Gary focuses upon the difference between experiences and life lessons. As he wisely says, so many of us confuse the two, and try to gain our own identity and life purpose through various experiences, and various individuals, rather than by bravely knowing and encountering the life lessons these experiences point to. All of the solutions Gary points to are bold. We seek out that which we need to learn, we confront that which keeps us off balance and sad. We take strong action to make the changes that need to be made.
The book is for those who have courage and the desire to live life to the full. It is for those who have become worn down and burnt out by lifeless, repetitive behavior, beliefs and relationships. As we clean out our emotional and spiritual closets, as we surrender that which is no longer viable, we make room to be replenished and uplifted by the wonderful abundance and energy of the universe. I recommend this book highly to all who seek to clear away the weeds in their lives and open to the vast possibilities, which are presented to us, moment by moment, day by day.

Once I picked up Dr. Gary Null's latest book, Living in the Moment, I couldn't put it down. His sage advice culled from a lifetime investigating and teaching nutrition, health and well-being is inspiring and provocative. We often get so stuck in our ruts we don't even realize how our negative patterns may be holding us back, but in Living in the Moment, Dr. Null writes us the most important prescription we could ever fill in our lives, how to take responsibility for our own health--body, mind and soul.

Gary Null’s Living in the Moment not only offers advice that is both wise and eternal because it is sourced from truth and intelligence, but it is also a passionate summons to take proactive measures to save ourselves and our society. A gem of a contemporary manual from one of our most sincere and concerned authors and lecturers.

Gary Null has written an exceptional book. It poignantly depicts the crisis we as Americans-who are adrift in the world and who, as aging boomers, think we have discovered eternal youth-are in. More profoundly, it points the way forward to spiritual and civic renewal, which, if we attain it, could provide for us the youthfulness we have spent our lives pursuing.

Gary Null is an experienced, brilliant, and rare holistic visionary healer for humanity in the twenty-first century. He understands that there are cultural and institutional disorders that trace how we are conducting-actually mis-conducting-our consciousness. In this powerful and accessible narrative, he presents a diagnosis for our current cultural disorders and taps the enormous power of global wisdom through the ages in prescribing a deep healing for our human condition as we mature and learn to live in this moment. This is a must-read for anyone concerned about our sustainability and flourishing at the individual and cultural levels.

Gary Null’s gift for storytelling and his depth of knowledge guide us firmly and lovingly in learning how to take responsibility for our lives and live from our highest potential. This is a brilliant book! I know I will reread it many times to absorb the wisdom, practice, and powerful tools shared.

Gary Null has the amazing capacity to see the world through a big-picture perspective, while many people see through a narrow scope. He draws from his vast knowledge of diverse scientific and spiritual disciplines to give answers to many of our human problems. This is a timely book that I highly recommend.
